CRM & data
Numbers that sales, marketing and management all trust.
When customer data sits in five systems and a few spreadsheets, everyone sees different numbers. I sort out the CRM, connect the systems and build reports that add up.
Signs your data isn't holding up
Duplicates and stale records
The same customer appears three times, and half the contacts left years ago.
Different numbers
Sales and marketing arrive at the meeting with their own figure for the same month.
Data in silos
Website, CRM, finance and support each live on their own. Someone copies data across by hand.
Nobody trusts the report
The dashboard exists, but everyone checks it against a spreadsheet before believing it.
What I do
A CRM is the system that holds your customers, contacts and deals, such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
CRM set-up and clean-up
Fields, stages and rules that match how you sell. Duplicates merged, stale records removed.
Integrations
Website, CRM, finance and other systems connected, so information is only entered once.
Data models and databases
One shared definition of a customer, a deal and an order, and a database that holds it.
Data pipelines (ETL)
ETL means data is fetched, cleaned and loaded where it is needed. It runs on its own, with alerts if it stops.
Reports and dashboards
A few reports that answer the questions management actually asks, built on the same numbers for everyone.
Data quality and ownership
Who owns which data, who may change it and how errors get fixed. Written down, so the order lasts.
Experience from banking and large companies
I work in what you already have
For 8 years I have worked with business systems, data flows and databases, including at a bank and a major retail group. Those places demand traceability and access control, and I bring the same habits to smaller companies.
I have worked with HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation and CMS), Salesforce (CRM), Acoustic and Unica Campaign (marketing automation), Oracle SQL and Cloudera with Hue and Impala (databases), SQL, AWS (cloud infrastructure), Google Vertex AI (language models), Integrations between apps, websites and databases. If you use other systems, I learn them. What matters is how the data moves between them.
How it works
Mapping
Where is the data today, who uses it and where does it break?
Shared data model
What is a customer, a deal and an order for you? One decision every system follows.
Integrations
Systems connected according to the model, with logging and alerts.
Reports
Reports built on the cleaned data, with the same number for everyone.
Ownership and routines
Who is responsible for what, so the order is still there a year from now.
Price
It starts with a review of your data sources and flows. Fixed price after the first call. Then you get a quote for what needs building.
Common questions
Do we need a new CRM?
Who sees our customer data?
How do we know the numbers are right?
What takes up most of your time today?
Tell me on a call. You get a reply within one working day and a fixed price before any work starts.
