Web
Your website should bring in business, not just exist.
For companies whose website has grown into a patchwork of pages, tools and requests. I find out what it delivers today, make a plan and take responsibility for following it.
Sound familiar?
A patchwork of pages
The site was built in rounds by different people. Nobody is quite sure which pages exist, which ones work and which should go.
Nobody knows what it delivers
There are visitor numbers, but nobody can say how many enquiries, bookings or deals come from the website.
Everyone wants something
Sales, marketing and management each have a wish list. Without someone to set priorities, whoever shouts loudest decides.
What I do
New sites and redesigns
Structure, copy and design based on what visitors need to do, not on the org chart. Fast to load and easy to update.
Ongoing ownership
Goals and KPIs, priorities, quality, SEO and AEO, speed, accessibility, cookies and publishing rules. I keep everyone informed about what is happening.
Tracking and conversion
Tracking that counts what matters: enquiries, bookings and sales. Then improvements where the numbers show visitors drop off.
Integrations
Forms that go straight into your CRM, tracking that reaches your ad platforms and data that lands where it should, without anyone copying it by hand.
SEO means showing up in Google. AEO means showing up in answers from AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Both rest on the same things: clear copy, the right structure and a fast site.
Growing companies
A web manager without the hire
The web manager role is heaviest at the start. That is when the structure gets fixed, tracking gets set up and routines get written down. So I start intensively and then scale down.
The weekly checks, such as broken links, speed, accessibility and cookies, are handed over to agents. I get a report and act when something is off, and you don't pay for someone clicking around.

I work in what you already have
Framer, Webflow, WordPress or something else. If we switch platforms, it is because it pays off for you, not because I prefer one.
Everything is in your name: domain, accounts, code and documentation. Whoever takes over after me can carry on without starting again.
Just need a simple website?
Small businesses can pick a ready-made package: a mobile-friendly site from SEK 4,900, connected to your Google profile.
