Built for Builders Group

An order and invoice flow that runs itself

Industry and size: Builders Group AB, a small company with an online shop for services.
Problem: Every order had to be confirmed, invoiced and booked, and monthly services invoiced every month. By hand, that takes time and goes wrong.
What I did: A five-step flow: order on the website → customer confirms by email → invoice is created and emailed, PDF saved → a row in the invoice register that the bookkeeping reads → monthly invoice on the first of every month.
Systems: Cloudflare Pages Functions, the D1 database, Google Apps Script for email.
Result: No invoice is written by hand. One click too many never creates two invoices, and nothing is sent before the customer has confirmed.

AI-driven code-CAD: from photo to finished part

Industry and size: Own project, workshop and manufacturing.
Problem: An adapter that couldn't be bought had to be designed from scratch, without expensive CAD licences or weeks of drawing.
What I did: Photos and measurements of the original became Python code in build123d that draws the part. Every change is a change in the code, and the part goes straight to print.
Systems: AI models with image analysis, Python, build123d, 3D printer.
Result: From photo and measurements to a print-ready part in under an hour.
