Four steps

Review
We go through how you work and what takes the most time. You get a written plan with a fixed price for the next step. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Foundation
Requirements are written down, access and backups are set up and the first build is done. You see and approve everything before it goes live.
Operation
Daily tasks are run by agents and workflows with alerts. I step in when something is off.
Follow-up
We check what it delivered against the numbers we agreed at the start, and pick the next step.

Who does the work?

I do, with agents for what repeats. If a job needs more hands, I bring in producers who follow the same checklists and work under my responsibility. I review everything before it is delivered.

Do we keep the same contact person?

Yes. One contact person all the way, from the first call to the follow-up.

What if we want to change supplier?

You own the domain, accounts, code and data and you have the documentation. Whoever takes over can continue where I left off.

Who sees our data?

Only those who need it for the job. I work with the access you give me and write down which systems get which data.

Can we start small and grow?

Yes. I usually suggest starting with a review or a package and building on it once it has shown what it delivers.
