1. Purpose and Scope

All components manufactured by Builders Group AB (hereinafter "The Manufacturer") through additive manufacturing (including but not limited to PAHT-CF) are delivered exclusively as "Prototypes" or "Proof of Concept" evaluation units, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to 100% validate, rigorously test (including non-destructive testing), and approve the component before it is implemented in an operational or commercial environment.

2. Limitation of Liability (Product Liability)

The Manufacturer disclaims all legal, financial, and material liability for damages to persons, property, or third parties arising from failure, cracking, fatigue, or structural collapse of delivered 3D-printed components.

The Customer bears the full responsibility for the use of the components in critical systems. Specifically excluded from The Manufacturer's liability are components integrated into:

• Drones, aircraft, or spacecraft (Aerospace).
• Vehicles in public traffic (Automotive).
• Medical implants or life-support equipment (MedTech).
• Military systems or weapon platforms.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality (NDA)

Builders Group AB makes no claims to the intellectual property (IP) of uploaded CAD models. All files are handled under strict confidentiality and encryption. Files are never shared with third parties, except for automated processing tools necessary for production (slicers), and are purged from our production servers after manufacturing is completed according to our data retention policies.

4. Store purchases (Google, website and AI)

Customers and prices. Store services are sold to businesses. All prices exclude VAT. Swedish VAT (25 %) is added on the receipt or invoice.

Payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are due within 10 days. Websites, AI receptionist and AI day are invoiced 50 % up front when paying by invoice.

Delivery time. Stated delivery times run from when we have what we need from you, such as access to your Google profile, texts and photos.

Monthly services. No lock-in. Cancellation applies from the next period. Fees are paid monthly in advance.

Google profile. You own the profile and add us as a manager. We never write reviews for you and cannot influence Google's ranking or moderation decisions.

AI receptionist. Call minutes are billed at cost. The receptionist introduces itself as a digital assistant. You are responsible for informing your customers how call data is handled.

Faults. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we fix the fault. If it cannot be fixed, we refund the one-off fee for that service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Consumers. If you buy as a private person you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling law. If we started the work at your request during that period, you pay for what has already been done.
