We connect what you already have: email, calendar, booking system, bookkeeping software and web shop. You don't have to switch anything.
Receipts and invoices to the books
Receipts that are emailed or photographed are read, get the right account and VAT, and land in your bookkeeping software or with your accountant. You approve, you don't type.
Order to invoice
An order becomes an invoice with a sequence number, is emailed to the customer and shows up in your register. Monthly fees invoice themselves. That's how our own shop works.
Quotes from your own prices
The customer fills in a form with photos. You get a finished quote draft based on your price list and send it with one click.
Email, calendar and reviews
Incoming email is sorted and common questions get reply drafts. Bookings land in the calendar. New reviews get suggested replies in your voice.

Built like the big ones
What separates a workflow that lasts from one that breaks
We write down what the workflow should do, which data it touches and what a correct result is. You approve before we build.
The AI can only read and write what it needs. Data stays in the EU where possible, and we write down what is stored.
Anything that goes out to customers or moves money is approved by you until you choose to let it run.
The workflows can run twice safely. One click too many must never produce two invoices or two emails.
If a workflow stops, you know right away, not when a customer calls.
Accounts, code and documentation are in your name. Someone else can take over without starting again.

A day on site where we connect AI to email, calendar and quotes and teach you to use it. 30 days of support afterwards. The review is deducted.

Buying a business system, an AI service or a new website? We write the requirements, compare suppliers and review the contracts: data, access, GDPR, exit and the real cost.

For manufacturing and technical companies we also build larger systems, with the same requirement that the benefit can be measured.
