Our vision: universal right to repair
To us there is no fundamental difference between a 6-layer high-speed circuit board, a crashing database pipeline or a broken suspension arm on a race car. All three follow the laws of physics and logic, and all three can be analysed, rebuilt and improved.
Our idea is simple: What is well built should be repaired instead of scrapped. When global manufacturers lock down hardware or stop supplying boards and spare parts, we step in with optical 3D scanning, signal analysis, multilayer PCB design and industrial carbon-fibre manufacturing in line with the EU right-to-repair directive (EU 2024/1799).

Behind Builders Group is Martin Warg — a multidisciplinary engineer and systems architect who combines large-scale IT infrastructure, AI automation, API integrations and embedded systems with deep electronics and mechanical design.
With the "Pagano" heritage in the family, the craft was shaped by building Alfa Romeos from scratch, moulding carbon-fibre bodies and designing electrical systems and precision mechanics. Today it is a company in Stockholm for multilayer PCB design (KiCad 4–6L HDI), protocol decoding (eDP, MIPI, I²S, CAN), code-CAD and annealed additive manufacturing in carbon fibre (PAHT-CF).
Design, CAD, firmware and 3D printing we do ourselves. Circuit boards are made and assembled by established PCB factories from our files. You have one contact through the whole job.

Three industrial problems we solve
1. Discontinued circuit boards & locked-down hardware (e-waste)
The problem:
Fully working displays, industrial machines and sound systems are scrapped when a single proprietary board or a discontinued chip fails.
Our solution:
We decode the signal protocols and design modern drop-in 4–6 layer replacement boards (PCB) with parts you can buy today, without changes to the original chassis.
2. Spare parts & mechanics take weeks
The problem:
Many rely either on hobby prints in brittle consumer plastic, or wait weeks for expensive CNC machined metal tooling.
Our solution:
We scan or model the part parametrically and make annealed carbon-fibre composite parts (PAHT-CF) with M2–M8 threaded inserts and ±0.05 mm tolerance, delivered in 48 hours from our own machines.
3. The gap between electronics, mechanics and AI/IT
The problem:
Pure IT consultants don't understand physical electronics and tolerances. Pure machine shops can't write firmware or build AI pipelines.
Our solution:
We do the electronics, the mechanics and the software: circuit boards, firmware, 3D-printed parts, AI workflows and integrations.
