Before and after
I connect what you already use: email, calendar, CRM, accounting software and web shop. You don't need to switch systems.
Receipts into the books
Before: receipts pile up in a folder and get typed in at month end.
After: receipts that are emailed or photographed are read, get an account and VAT, and land in your accounting. You approve, you don't type.

Order to invoice
Before: every order becomes an invoice written by hand.
After: the order is confirmed, the invoice is created with a number, sent and logged. Monthly fees invoice themselves.

Email with draft replies
Before: a shared inbox that someone goes through several times a day.
After: email is sorted by topic and common questions get a draft reply in your voice that you send or edit.

Quote request to draft quote
Before: every request means back-and-forth questions and a quote written from scratch.
After: the customer fills in a form with photos and you get a draft built from your price list.

Incoming cases, sorted
Before: cases arrive by email, phone and forms and nobody sees the whole picture.
After: everything lands in one place, sorted by type and prioritised by rules you set.

AI receptionist
Before: calls nobody has time to answer turn into customers who call someone else.
After: the receptionist answers, books a time and texts you a summary.

How I build agents that last
An agent is a program that uses AI to do a job, such as reading a receipt and suggesting an account. The hard part is not getting it to work once. It is getting it right every time.
Requirements first
We write down what the agent should do, which data it touches and what a correct result looks like. You approve before I build.
Least access
The agent can only read and write what it needs. Data stays in the EU where possible, and we write down what is stored.
Logging
Everything the agent does is recorded, so you can see what happened and why.
A human approves
Anything that goes to customers or moves money is approved by you, until you decide to let it run.
Running and alerts
If a workflow stops, you hear about it right away. One click too many never sends two invoices or two emails.
When AI should not do the job
AI is not the answer to everything, and I would rather say so before than after.
- When a simple rule will do. If VAT is always 25%, you don't need AI to work it out. Plain automation is cheaper and never guesses.
- When a mistake costs more than the time saved. Decisions about money, contracts or people should be made by a person. AI can prepare the material.
- When nobody follows up. An agent nobody looks at gets worse as the world changes. Without an owner, it won't hold up.
- When the data can't leave the building. Then we pick something that runs on your side, or don't do it.
